Our story

Built for nurses on the AHPRA pathway.

I’m Dhruval, a registered nurse with five years on the floor here in Australia, and I’m the founder of NCLEX Ready.

I didn’t come to this through a company plan. I came to it watching people I care about struggle. Friends who’d trained as nurses overseas, who were more than capable, sitting at kitchen tables trying to prepare for the NCLEX with question banks built for a different country. The medications had different names. The escalation pathways were different. The way the material talked about care didn’t match the wards they were about to walk onto.

They weren’t short on ability. They were short on prep that spoke their working language.

So we started building it. Practice questions, full rationales, Next Gen NCLEX formats and mock exams, written in Australian clinical language, mapped to how nursing actually works here. Paracetamol, not acetaminophen. MET calls. Theatre. The names and systems you’ll use the day you register.

We build carefully. Every question is reviewed before it goes live, and we’re honest about what’s ready and what’s still coming. We’d rather show you 1,500 questions we stand behind than a bigger number we don’t.

NCLEX Ready is operated by Aromika Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered in Queensland. We’re an independent study platform. We’re not AHPRA, the NMBA or the NCLEX test-maker, and registration decisions are always theirs, not ours. What we can do is help you walk in ready.

If you’re on the pathway and something here could be better, tell us. hello@nclexready.com.au
