1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use NCLEX Ready:

• Name
• Email address
• Country or location information you provide
• Account status, including free or paid access
• Study progress, starred items, reports, scores, and usage activity within the platform
• Payment information processed by Stripe

2. Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, or complete payment credentials on our systems. Stripe may process payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide access to study resources and paid features
• Track study progress and personalise revision activity
• Respond to support, report, and account requests
• Send service emails such as password reset, payment confirmation, and important account updates
• Improve platform quality, content safety, and user experience

4. Data storage

NCLEX Ready stores account, study progress, starred item, report, and payment-access data in our Supabase backend. Limited browser storage may be used for session functionality and temporary interface state.

Questions and flashcards are served from the database and are not bundled into the public frontend. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us.

5. Cookies

NCLEX Ready currently uses cookies and browser storage primarily for session-related functionality. We do not use cookies to sell personal information.

6. Third parties

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use trusted service providers, such as Stripe for payments and email services for transactional messages, to operate the platform.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@nclexready.com.au. We will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information where legally and technically possible.

9. Access and correction

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by contacting hello@nclexready.com.au.

10. Overseas users

NCLEX Ready is operated for an Australian online education context. If you access the platform from outside Australia, you understand that information may be processed in Australia or through third-party providers used to operate the service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will show a new last updated date.
